• Always place the board on a stable, flat surface to prevent slipping or falling.
• Do not jump, move abruptly, or put uneven weight on one side of the board.
• Practice barefoot or with thin socks for proper stimulation.
• Always close and store the board when not in use to prevent accidental injury.

❌ Who Should Avoid or Consult a Doctor

The Biohacking Board™ is not a medical device and does not replace professional treatment.
Consult your doctor before use if you:
• Have cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment,
• Live with chronic conditions that affect circulation, nervous system, or bone health,
• Suffer from serious foot injuries, open wounds, infections, or skin conditions,
• Have bleeding disorders, severe neuropathy, or uncontrolled diabetes,
• Are pregnant.

Children should never use the board unsupervised!

⏱ Recommended Use

• Beginners: Start with 30–60 seconds per session.
• Advanced users: Gradually extend to 5–10 minutes daily.
• For a lighter practice, use the board in a seated position, resting your feet or hands on the nails.
